Our approach
GHA Construction Services is committed to conducting business responsibly, supporting sustainable construction practices, and acting with integrity in how we operate.

Environmental

• We encourage clients and contractors we work with to consider environmental best practice in temporary works, site safety, and design decisions, including waste reduction and efficient resource use.

• We operate primarily as a remote/home-based consultancy, minimising unnecessary travel, and use public transport for site visits where practicable.

• We use digital documentation and AI-assisted tools to reduce paper use and unnecessary duplication of reports.

Social

• We are committed to promoting safe, fair, and healthy working conditions across every project we support, in line with our Health & Safety Policy.

• We support fair treatment of all workers in our supply chain, as set out in our Modern Slavery Policy.

• We aim to make our compliance and safety documentation clear and accessible, supporting better outcomes for site workers and the public.

Governance

• We operate with transparency in how we handle client data (see our Privacy Policy) and in our use of AI-assisted tools, ensuring all AI-generated outputs are reviewed and approved by a qualified person before being issued to clients.

• We maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD and adherence to CDM 2015 and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

• We welcome feedback from clients and partners on how we can improve our approach to sustainability and responsible business practice.
